PALLET DELIVERY OPTIONS
For large, heavy, bulky shipments the webshop may quote you a “Pallet Rate”.
Before selecting a pallet rate there are a few things you need to be aware of.
- Pallets take time to pack so the are generally packed toward the end of the day.
- Pallet deliveries are arranged by a local company who is part of a larger network, the company that collects the pallet from us will not be the same company that delivers it.
- Only when the pallet is packed will we arrange shipping, this means the pallet will generally not leave on the same day that the pallet is packed.
- Pallets are not “Trackable” as such, We try to mark the pallets as shipped once they are collected from us to give you some warning that it’s on it’s way
- Pallets are delivered on a wagon, please do not use a pallet service if a 7.5 tonne vehicle cannot get to your property.
- Pallets are loaded on to the vehicle with a fork lift truck and by their very nature can be heavy an unwieldy, the delivery vehicle will have a tail lift to unload at the destination.
