If for any reason you need to send an item back to us e.g.

  • You’ve ordered the wrong thing.
  • We’ve sent the wrong thing.
  • Old unit/Surcharge return.
  • Item is damaged.
  • You just don’t want it anymore.

You can quickly and easily start the return process by opening an RMA request for the order in your account.

Please DO NOT use this service to report items damaged in transit we must receive notification of the damage within 24hrs of receiving the package. Any noticable damage must be noted when signed for or in extreme cases the package refused. We also require photgraphic proof of damage so we can start the claim process with the courier, any delays in providing information will result in your claim being refused. And damages to be reported via the contact page ASAP.

In the case of a claim for damage in transit the courier may wish to inspect the package and collect the damaged item(s), so please don’t dispose of any packaging until they have seen it.
If after 2 weeks the package hasn’t been collected or inspected by the courier let us know and we’ll confirm it’s okay to dispose of it.

Any parts returned for credit must be in their original retail packaging and in as new condition and suitable for re-sale.
There is a 30 day limit for the return of surcharge core units.

No RMA – No Return.

Please clearly mark the outside of the packaging with your RMA number to speed up processing.
